If a piece of jewelry does not meet your expectations please contact us within 5 days of receipt of delivery and return within 7 days with delivery confirmation. We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase minus shipping and sizing fee after we receive it in it's original, unworn condition. Please ship with delivery confirmation/tracking.
Custom/special order items are only returnable/exchangeable on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issue.
